Refund policy

Each of our item is handcrafted and we take special care to ensure that it is of utmost quality. And, given that each piece is manually produced there is a chance that there may be small imperfections. These are part of the character of our product.

In the unlikely event that:

• Your product arrives damaged, or

• You receive wrong product

Please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@goldenqueensindia.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged or incorrect product
  • The outer shipping box (including any visible damage)

Once verified, we will process a free replacement at the earliest.

Please note: We do not offer refunds in such cases—only replacements are provided.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Hence, we request you to be sure of your purchase decision before buying a product.
